Tibetan: mkhraŋ, khraŋ hard, solid, compact.
Burmese: kjaŋʔ (OB kjaŋʔ) work, labour.
Kachin: (H) graŋ be mature; numraŋ work.
Lushai: ṭaŋ (ṭan) to put forth one's strength, to make an effort, KC *kraŋ (?).
