Notes : There are problems both on the phonetic and the semantic side. Phonetically, the efflux correspondences are unclear, but not altogether unrealistic either (voiceless nasal resonants are a real muddle throughout Peripheral Khoisan). Semantically, NK "take" and ǂHoan "remove" seem fairly distant, but cf. also such meanings as 'put; put away; pack' for SK - the original meaning may have been close to 'store smth. away', hence 'acquire, take' and 'remove'.
