The verbal stem is attested only in Ak., in a compound with deg 'threshing, threshing board', which itself is derived from the same root (see below). There are two nominal derivates: 1. Chir. alč:e (plur. alk:-me) 'threshing board', reflecting PD *ʔalk:i. This noun is immediately derived from the verbal stem *-Vlk:- (which is itself unattested).
2. PD *dek: > Ak. deg, Chir. dek: (cf. dek: b-arq̇i 'to thresh'), Ur. dig etc. 'threshing, threshing board'. The same stem is reflected in Ur. dugini 'threshed corn, fodder'.
