\data\esq\esqet
Proto-Eskimo: *naŋǝ-, *naŋ-Jaʁ-
Meaning: to finish, end
Russian meaning: кончать(ся), конец
Proto-Yupik: *naŋǝ-, *naŋ- (-Raʁ-, -nǝʁ)
Proto-Inupik: *na[ŋ]a-, *naaɣRau-
Comments: See *naŋǝ-t- 'to complete', *naŋ-ma- 'enough, sufficient'. In the first entry on page 205 Sirenik, Chaplino and Naukan forms are ignored in CED without any logical reason. The protoform proposed there (*naδa-) is unbelievable.
