Comments and references : An interesting temporal adverb, with the meaning 'one day after tomorrow' (Nakh languages), or 'two days after tomorrow, three days hence' (Avar, Andian, and Basque). In Bsq the morpheme only occurs in compounds with *eci 'day after tomorrow' (q.v.). Etymological comparison suggested by John Bengtson.
