Proto-Yenisseian: *poʔl
Meaning: short
Ket: hɔʔĺ
Yug: fɔʔl
Comments: ССЕ 250. Werner 1, 324 *phoʔl.
Proto-Yenisseian: *poʔot
Meaning: to wait

Kottish: śufōt "waiting"; bafōtaŋ "to wait", praet. balafōtaŋ, imp. alfōt, pass. alāfōt; (Бол.) ba[f]ot "I wait"
Arin: uapüte (Лоск.) "I wait"
Comments: ССЕ 250. Werner 1, 282 <*phogǝt>. The Ket reflex appears to be -(ɣ)ɔ:t (díɣɔ-ɣɔ:t 'I wait'), which also appears as -ɣɔ: whether it indicates that the original root is just *po-, with a suffixed *-ot in all languages, or Ket -ɣɔ is a quite different root, is so far unclear.
Proto-Yenisseian: *poʔq
Sino-Caucasian etymology: Sino-Caucasian etymology

Yug: fɔjɔp5, pl. fɔjɔfɨŋ5 / fɔjɔ:hp4
Comments: ССЕ 251. Ket reflects a form *podap ~ *poʒap - evidently, a result of contamination with *puGVʒ "tail" q. v. Werner 1, 326 *phojǝp.

Ket: hōt
Comments: Werner 1, 327 (without reconstruction).

Yug: fɔ́j-ɔksɨ, pl. fɔ́j-aχ, (Mill., Kl.) pooje
Arin: ṕhaj-d́a (М.) "fir"; ṕhajd́a (М., Кл.) id.
Comments: Werner 1, 321 <*phoʔǝjǝ>, correctly separating the Arin form from *päʔj 'cedar' (where it was attributed in КС...).

Kottish: ōpajaŋ, praet. ōlapajaŋ, pass. ōlāpi; ši-pi "cleaning"
Comments: ССЕ 251. Werner 1, 280 *pho-.

Sino-Caucasian etymology: Sino-Caucasian etymology
Meaning: intestines
Ket: hū, pl. hu: / hu:n 'heart'; hɨ̄j, pl. Kur. hʌ:ji4, Bak., Sur. hʌ:jǝ4 / hʌjǝ4, South. hʌj4 'belly'
Yug: fu, pl. fu:n 'heart'; fɨj, pl. fʌ:hj 'belly'

Arin: ṕhiáŋ (М., Сл., Кл.), apijen (Лоск.) "breast"
Pumpokol: pfu (Сл., Срсл.) "heart"
Comments: ССЕ 251-252. The forms listed above are hard to separate (although the vocalism is not quite clear). Werner (1, 332, 348) tries to make the picture clearer by reconstructing *phu 'heart' and *phǝj 'belly' respectively - but the relationship between Ket hū and Kott. fa is still unexplained. It still seems to me that we are dealing with a single root separated into later variants through old Ablaut.
Proto-Yenisseian: *puʔb
Meaning: son
Ket: hɨʔp / hɨp, pl. hɨbaŋ5 / hɨba:ŋ3
Yug: fɨʔp / fɨp, pl. fɨbe:ŋ3 / fɨfɨn5
Kottish: fup, pl. fupan; Acc. (М., Сл., Срсл., Кл., Ф.) pup; Koib. (Ф.) pup
Comments: ССЕ 252. A formation with the "male" suffix from the root *puʔ-, see *puʔn. Werner 1, 348 <*phǝʔp>. Werner's idea that in the case of *puʔb (not *pVʔp!) and *puʔn we are dealing rather with compounds with some obscure second elements, does not seem to have any ground; the element *puʔ- cannot be identified with *pǝń- 'small' in any way known to us.
Proto-Yenisseian: *puʔj
Sino-Caucasian etymology: Sino-Caucasian etymology
Meaning: owl, eagle-owl
Ket: hɨʔj, pl. hɨkŋ5 / hɨ̄kŋ1

Kottish: ōfūlaŋ "to twirl, bore", praet. ōnafūlaŋ, ōlafūlaŋ, imp. anful, anful, pass. anāful; šiful "twirling, boring"
