"I Had Too Much To Dream..." - I knew a young woman in the 1960s who told me SHE wrote this song. Her name was PAULINE HUDEK. Perhaps her professional names in Annette Tucker. Can you illuminate me at this late date? The photo of the writer looks like the person I met (and knew for at least a year), but I cannot testify that she is indeed the person I knew. She was a wonderful, fun loving young woman whom I admired as a person and as an artist since I was a singer/guitarist at the time of our meeting. Thanks for your response or a referral for further information.
P.S. I did enjoy the Electric Prunes recording very much.....and still do!

first off,the original band performs on more than half the album...secondly,being a musician, i think the jams are rather awesome featuring all-around intensity from all musicians...some of the musical feedback the guitar player coaxes from the instrument are so inspired,i think...hint:i bought this album in 1982 and only fairly recently has its own intrinsic perfection made itself known to me...even if record producers really did destroy this great band...check out the live swedish cd:a great live document of the band from 1967 even if the performances are not ultra-inspired...theres something to be said for the fact that it merely exists,it also boasts terrfic sound quality not to mention some cool extended jams of songs like "get me to the world on time".
